We liked how clean and soft our area rugs and couch were. There wasn't any greasy residue like the previous cleaners we used.

Haven't used any of your products but have had my carpet clean and they did a pretty good job the service person was very professional and knew what he was doing

My grout was not completely cleaned. I understand the grout lines won't come perfectly cleaned, but they now look like zebra stripes and look worse than all being dirty. Then, the tile itself was left looking extremely dirty. There were water drops and splashes and marks all over the floor. It didn't look like it was cleaned and had a film over the entire surface as well.

You can also tell that it wasnt' cleaned all the way to the baseboards, it's was about 2 inches away from the wall.

Our home was vacant as we are getting ready to sell and I returned to Phoenix this past week to view for myself. I was told by my realtor immediately after service that it looked bad. She wasn't being dramatic at all! I am extremely disappointed in the quality of care and work done and will NOT be recommending or using Zerorez again.

It was so easy to book a time and day on line. My carpets came out beautiful and no residue! They were soft as the day they were installed. No funny smell or the feel of soap after they were dry. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very nice and explained the products thoroughly. Very happy !

Your carpet professional was very professional and courteous. He was on time and completed work at the time advised. The carpets were dry within the 8 hours and look/smell clean. Stone floors were cleaned as well and look great!
