Soft carpet after cleaning. No musty smell
Very nice technician and the work was done quickly. My tile floors came out like new, really, really pleased.
I like that there is no soapy residue after and that it does not leave a chemical smell. The gentleman that did our carpets was very thorough and placed protectors on the corners of our walls to protect the paint in our brand new house. :)
Some areas are very uneven. I can understand if it is hard to remove soil, but this appears to be a rushed job in many ways. Areas that were even now have a streaked uneven look. I asked about it after the job was "done" and was told is was because some parts were wetter than others. Not true! Clearly not enough time spent to evenly clean the carpet. I am happy that it did not smell like just cleaned carpet and dried well though. Just not happy about the obvious unevenness of the walkway.
I heard more excuses about the job than how it was going to be treated and cleaned.
Tech was on time (early, in fact), he was very nice and knowledgeable. Carpet looks great, service was quick, love not smelling all the smells that typically come with carpet cleaning!

I liked that my carpets look much better even though they are thirteen years old. I thought they would be cleaner but didn’t expect much improvement. I was surprised! Thank you
