We are very, very pleased with the way the tile cleaned up. Not so much with the rugs...many of the spots we had hoped to be removed were lighter but still there. We've worked on them ourselves since then and they are getting lighter but for the cost of the service, we expected cleaner rugs. We would definitely recommend folks use your tile cleaning!

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleaning job that was done on my very old couch. No one has ever been able to remove the stains (it's a very durable cotton duck cloth) and even though it's not perfect, ZeroRez did an amazing job getting the majority of the stains out and I feel so much better just knowing it's clean.

I did not feel that the results from both the carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning was worth $500. The carpet and tile/grout don't look any different from when I cleaned it. I expected more - perhaps my expectations were too high.

I like that my carpets aren't stiff after being cleaned because of they aren't cleaned with soap. That Zerorez uses powered water! My carpets seem to last longer before needing to be replaced. I love that Zerorez gives you a 2 hour window for having your carpets cleaned! I enjoy being treated with respect from all of the staff from Zerorez! Zerorez's staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'll always recommend Zerorez to everyone I know who asked who we use for carpet cleaners.
