I like that the tech seemed to pay a little more attention to the heavy use areas. The previous time those seemed to only get the same attention as every other area. Although, the non heavy use areas only got one quick pass, which seems underdone.

I like that the tile and grout are scrubbed thoroughly with rotating brushes. The result looks great.

I like that the tech listened to my concerns about dry time and tried to take some actions to address that.

I heard of your company on the radio and upon trying, I found that you do live up to your advertising. Peter the service tech called ahead, arrived on time, explained the process and completed the job within an hour. Quick clean up and paperwork done right and quickly. I have several people at my office asking me let them know how Zerorez worked out for me and I will definitely be making recommendations. Also your pricing is very reasonable.

Easy to set an appointment, very fast and thorough

The tech pretreated the carpets and them used a brush machine to loosen up the heavy traffic areas and then the steam cleaning. my carpets can out great. thanks

I have used your services for years, always with good results. In fact I had recommended you again the day they came to my house. The person said she had tried you before but spots popped back up.

Last time, the tech got rid of a wine stain, got great results in traffic areas, and even did a rug square I use by garage door.

This time, I had 4 dark spots in living room, 4 small ones in the 3rd bedroom, not biological and the traffic areas definitely needed work. 2 spots in both living and bedroom popped up as soon as dry. I used my spot cleaner and had no issue getting them out. Did your techs use prespot or not? The traffic areas looked like they had never been cleaned. I was told the carpet was "too old" to get clean. I live alone so traffic spots are just me, not a herd.

Thus this trip was a waste. I could have rented a rug shampooer and pre treated myself.

Didn’t do anything. Left my carpet hard and didn’t remove any stains. Got up sold on the deodorizer that did nothing. Will not recommend

I was under the impression the carpet would dry within 4 to 6 hours, but it took about 12 hours. So being properly informed would be helpful.

It seems to be a better product, and the service was great, he explained everything to us step by step

I didn't receive a call letting me know they were on the way, as I was told I would. Also, I didn't move all my furniture, but I feel they could have done a better job around it. There is one spot in particular near the edge of a bed where ice cream was spilled. It's still crunchy as if it didn't even get touched by the carpet cleaning. Cleaners themselves were great and very professional and kind. Most stains were able to be removed. Others not, but was told they may not come out in advance so I can't expect miracles!

Quick. No mess. Tech explained everything

While the carpet was still wet, it looked good. The stains in one room do look much better, however, the carpet in another room looks worse than before it was cleaned by your company. My carpet is older, but the one room does not get much traffic and just had one light traffic area. Now the rooms have seemingly permanent lines from the equipment used and half of each room has vertical lines with the other half of the room with horizontal lines. I have tried vacuuming the rooms twice and still the lines remain. I am sorry that I had my carpet cleaned by your company. Your Technician was very nice and did explain to me that because my carpet was older and the one room that did have bad stains possibly would not be totally perfect. I just never thought the other room would end up looking worse than it started.
