Thorough cleaning, no residue.

I have had my carpet cleaned many times but this is my first experience with zerorez. This was the fastest and most efficient cleaning I have had. There was no smell (which is very important to me as I am sensitive to cleaning smells) and only took 4 hours to dry!! Usually I’m waiting all day. It drys soft, not crispy like some others I’ve had. My technician was ahead of schedule and let me know in advance which worked out great! I will definitely be using zerorez again.

Zerorez always does a great job on my upholstery, and with getting the pet odors out! The technicians are always professional and courteous. Very pleased with the products and with the service!

Maybe being a bit more detailed. There were couple of spots in the kitchen that didn’t get cleaned. This was specifically in the grout in the most trafficked area.

Was not happy to find out that what I was quoted was not going to clean my furniture. Then I was told there was a up charge. If I wanted it cleaned and after it was done was told, that this is the best they were going to be able to do . The men were both friendly and professional and seem to do a good job. I feel if you can not clean things with with your quotes you should be sending someone out to look before you quote a price. They did a light test and there were no special stains other than dirt and yet they required a up charge to do the job. The sofa looks okay but I am not thrilled with what I had to pay for something that is just okay not great .
