Moved back into my home after being out of state for 2 yrs. the home was rented out. Zerorez Phoenix worked with me closely during the clean. My whole house is tile the floor was cleaned and sealed. A pleasure to come home to.
No chemicals are used. Staff is very knowledgeable. Staff does a wonderful job.
Word of advice, before you show up at a residence to clean their floors, clean your equipment !! Don’t want to see clumps of hair and residue all over the brushes that are going to clean my floors!

The up charge on stain removal was outrageous. I Had the tech only do the basic cleaning and the stains are gone. At least for now, I hope they don’t resurface in the coming weeks. Your company should be upfront with additional costs. I required about the stains we I booked the appointment and was told the tech would look at the stain and give me the additional cost. The additional cost was quoted by extra gallons ($75 per gallon). Your company should make the consumer aware of the per gallon price when the booking is made.

There are no chemicals and the house is clean and fresh when the job is done. It dries beautifully and does not leave any residue. I love the water for cleaning my counters and mirrors - never streaks!
