The technician arrived well within the time frame given. He was friendly and professional. He finished the job quickly and thoroughly. Although it is not your normal policy to move furniture, he moved the couches and cleaned under them. I was very pleased with him and the clean carpets.

The technician did an excellent job - was very conscientious about every area. The carpets looked great afterward, dried fairly quickly. It's only been a few days but we are very satisfied.
I was really excited after reading all the positive feedback and advertising on John Jay and Rich radio show to have zerorez do my carpets...unfortunately, I was disappointed after paying an extra $75 for the pet treatment in my son’s room that it still smells like urine. The technician also took measurements so I could get a quote on having my tile and grout cleaned and she said that I would get a call with the quote - it has been a week and still haven’t heard anything.
Your technician could only lighten the traffic area that I scheduled the appointment for. He told me that if he was unable to clean it, I wouldn't be charged. Well, he was unable to clean the area, and I was charged regardless. He was very polite and explained the whole process, I just didn't understand why you would tell your customer one thing and then not honor it.
Scheduling was easy. The Zerorez team was great about communicating when they would arrive. The Zerorez tech Evan arrived at the appointed time and was great, helping me determine what services I needed to get my carpets clean. We'd had an unfortunate pet accident and I wanted to make sure my carpets were cleaned and sanitized with no residual odor. He did a great job and my carpets look great.

The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and professional however the outcome of having my carpets cleaned was not great the tile however looks really good

Zach the technician was very pleasant. I was sceptical about my carpets getting clean after tenants lived in my home. The carpet was very dirty. Zach did a great job getting the carpet cleaned. Very satisfied customer.
everything was great! the technician was early, how often does that happen?! he even unpacked all of his stuff again once my friend woke up and he could get into his room! he was polite and professional and was in and out in a good amount of time!
