Great job done, friendly and efficient technician, on time and carpets look great. One complaint.....I booked Monday, Sept. 3 from your online calendar. I received a confirmation email. Several days later we received a call telling us the calendar shouldn't have been open on a holiday, and we had to reschedule. We had to rearrange a lot of work we're having done in our home due to your mistake.

Our tile grout is still very dirty! When the guy was done cleaning we were very underwhelmed, his excuse was that it was just badly stained? I got Dow on my hands and knees with a brush and was able to get it up!
