Kyle was very thorough. He cleaned the carpet better than what Sears had done a few months earlier. I think he must have removed all the soap residue because the carpet looks great even in the paths that looked darker before.

All the spots on the rug were removed this time. I really appreciated the time and care the service technician displayed in removing the stains that had not been removed during the previous cleaning. He was concerned that the one in the hallway would not come out, but it did with the extra care and time he took.

Both the products and service are outstanding.
The results. The cleaning provided an incredible difference in the appearance of our carpet and tile. The tile cleaning has the 16 year old grout looking nearly new.
The technician was polite, knowlegable about his work, and worked quickly but made sure of work quality.
