Good experience all the way from making the reservation to paying the carpet cleaner.
I never received a phone call telling me when to expect the cleaners to arrive. I think the cleaners should have a high powered vacuum to use before the cleaning. The carpets were very wet even the next day.
The carpets looked good after cleaning.
The staff was professional and friendly. The technician was on time for the appointment and was courteous. All my floors look beautiful!

JARED was awesome - took the time to explain the operational steps and the benefits and impact of each on the carpet - then delivered with results - explained other solutions that I can benefit from on my tile and grout, and I am looking forward to those next time - 5 Star!!
The tile looked good at first, it as soon as it dried, there was still a substantial amount of dirt that I could run off the grout with my finger.
Nothing, it's just been too soon to see how the tile will look after a couple weeks.

I WANT TO COMMEND RAY BELL FOR THE TREMEMDOUS JOB HE DID ON COMPLETEING A HUGH CLEANING PROJECT THAT TOOK ALMOST 5 HOURS. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTION AND DID A LOT OF SMALL EXTRA DETAILS THAT SHOWED US THAT HE WAS INTERESTED IN HAVING A SATIFED CUSTOMER. HE DESERVES A RAISE.
THE JOB WAS DONE EXTEREMELY WELL AND I WOULD RECOMMED ZEROREZ TO EVERONE.

I had 3 area rugs cleaned, 2 were great, 1 still smells and has debris on it.
My 23 year old grout came out a beautiful white again. Amazing.

I enjoyed the friendly, personable, and on time techinician visit. I really enjoyed the 2 hour time slot I was sent 2 days prior as well.
The technician was excellent. She explained what she was going to do in all rooms. She worked efficiently and was so pleasant. She was great! Our carpet looks great also.
The services are way too expensive. I did not like paying a travel fee to come to Rio Verde.
