Parker did a great job. I had some tough pet stains visible under black light. He got them all out. Carpets look great.

Unfortunately, I can't remember our tech's name, but she was awesome. So nice and she did a great job! We tried to tip her, but she would not accept it. We would love to get her name to request her next time.

No strong perfume scent
Our dog passed away in our son's room and Unfortunately we were left with biohazard stains on our carpet. Luis was very nice and did a great job. He was caring and offered condolences. It was an awful job for him but he handled it so well and truly cared about helping us. I will definitely have Zerorez back to clean the rest of our house.
You do a great job of cleaning and the carpets are never crunchy afterwards

It was more efficient with less drying time. My technician Carson was a pleasure to work with. Arrived on time, did a thorough job and was very professional in his presentation about the benefits of this process.

This cleaning doesn't leave an odor. We had carpet and furniture cleaned, the tech, Kevin Randolph, spent lots of time and did a good job. We were disappointed that the wear pattern in front of our sofa didn't come out better but other then that everything was great. We've used Zerorez 3 times and will continue to use them in the future'

I like the product that you use, it does a good job, and there seems to be no residue or odor. Dries within a reasonable time frame I have used your service several times so that says I’m satisfied, only complaint the cost would be better based on area,not rooms. I’ve also found better to have sevice early as your workers seem to run out of enthusiasm and strength later services. Please dooNOT use my name in your promotion. Thanks
