The girl that came to my house was NOTHING like the first three guys that have been over. I don’t have any stains on my carpet I just thought it was time that they should get cleaned. She made my carpets wet and so wet that they were wet for over 12 hours!!! I turned all fans on high and left all doors open and also turned my air way down to help dry them. Normally they are dry in three to four hours!!! Not 12!!! This was a really bad experience and I would not recommend using zerorez if they are not willing to make this right! I don’t need my carpets cleaned again for awhile so I would like part of my money back!!!

Good service - except the price quoted by the rug cleaner here to do the rug in the shop was less than what it was two days later when the official quote was given and it was $150 higher - my wife called to complain and finally they lowered the price to a figure closer than what was first quoted by the first service call

Clean with no crunch. Service person was knowledgeable and careful. Did a good job.

My rugs looked like brand new after. Had some spots which he was able to get out. Also had the tile & grout cleaned and sealed and turned out really good. The man who did the cleaning was very polite & efficient. I'm very happy with Zerorez and the job that was done.

I hired Zerorez to clean the grout in my house instead of re-grouting. Some of the grout came clean, but there were a LOT of dark areas left. Meaning I still had to re-grout areas. So, I paid $179 for a bad job! (I have pictures of the "after").

The tech called the office and said I get a follow-up visit. They could come back after I re-grouted the areas Zerorez couldn't clean. He said someone from Zerorez would call me. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME!

After I re-grouted the areas THAT ZEROREZ COULD NOT CLEAN, I called in for the follow up cleaning. The rep said they will not come back because I re-grouted areas, unless I wanted to pay AGAIN! After discussion, she said her manager "Teddy" would call me back. Teddy never called me back.

Poor cleaning job. Misinformation about the follow up visit. Waste of money. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but in the case of Zerorez, I think it is warranted. I will be leaving similar reviews on Social Media.

I was amazed at how great my tile looked when the job was finished. The grout even looked brand new. I will definitely use Zeroerz again and recommend them to our friends and family.

The results were better than I expected.

Dries a lot faster than other services, no odor, and carpets seem to stay cleaner longer. Great for carpets, not sure about tile grout.

You guys advertised in September 3 rooms for 150 dollars. I had one room and 2 hallways that added up to less than 3 rooms footage wise yet paid 220 dollars because it’s a walkway and not a room. That’s absurd. I won’t use you again.

Working with zerorez was so easy, they made everything convenient for me, our technician Sydney was on time, very thorough and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using zerorez again.
