We have had our rugs for about 8 years and have had them cleaned yearly. Despite that, the high traffic areas never came clean. We just assumed that we had to live with this. However, the techs from your company got the rugs completely clean. This includes the high traffic areas that have been filthy for years! The rugs look new! We also had my husband’s favorite chair cleaned and it turned out beautifully. I am delighted with your service! I will definitely be calling you every year!
It was easy to set my appt online and change it too. I was able to ask all my questions through the chat function. My technician showed up on time, worked quickly and my carpets looks great.

I have been very pleased with ZEROREZ carpet cleaning and process. However this recent cleaning particularly in our front room Living/Dining room the carpet cleaning does not appear as clean in as in other recent cleaning service (as in last time it was cleaned by your company). There are areas that DO appear cleaned and then others that DO NOT. Thinking it may have been a lighting issue and a post cleaning vacuuming would do the trick this is not the case. I would like to have someone come check the results of this recent carpet cleaning. The stairs and bedroom carpet cleaning appear just fine and happy with it.
Regardless, I would absolutely recommend ZEROREZ to family or friends above other carpet cleaning companies. I hope to hear from you soon, and I will be calling to speak to someone regarding this matter as well. Thank you

Zerorez did a great job with my tile and travertine floors. I would definitely recommend Zerorez (and Zach) for tile and travertine cleaning.
The carpeting is a different story. The dirt in the foot traffic areas seemed to have spread out rather than been removed. While my carpeting is older, I thought the carpeting would still be "cleaned." I am disappointed that the carpeted areas that really needed cleaning are still dirty.
Also, I requested a receipt and have never received it.

The carpeting still manifested pathways...one room in particular still had a very visible coffee spill stain. Very disappointing! To be fair, though, you did send another technician to work on that room and stain.

I needed to just have my tile cleaned as we were selling our house. The guy that came to clean it left puddles on the tile which left marks after it dried. I was very disappointed with the cleaning and will not use or recommend Zerorez to anyone.

We have used zerorez multiple times and have had a great experience. This last time was not so good. I felt like the guy was only trying to upsell me. My carpet doesnt look any bett than it did before he got there. I am very disappointed.
