Hello, I realize our carpets were beyond ready for cleaning, even at that, most of the dirt came completely out but there are intermittent dark spots left over from the cleaning. We feel for a carpet cleaning job in excess of $300.00 these remaining spots should not have been left behind. I Have removed two of the spots myself just to see how difficult it would be and if the carpet is permanently stained. These two spots actually did come out. Would it be possible for Zerorez to come back to our location to have these remaining spots removed? At this time we are really not completely satisfied. By the way, your tech was very professional and courteous.

But most of all my floor (all tile) looks like new. Never been cleaned this way since we installed tiles 14 years ago. I was totally surprise how effective their service is. Absolutely amazing!!!

Easy to schedule appointment and floors look great.
The employee was exceptional, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only downside is the tile cleaning. There is a residue that is sticky in a few areas and I have to mop all the tiles to clean up the residue. I would still suggest Zerorez if a friend asked for a recommendation.
No soap used. No fragrance or odor. Works where other carpet cleaners have failed.

Your first tech was VERY green and not ready to be out on his own. Left my grout exactly how I had it, drenched my floors, then sucked it back, leaving then looking EXACTLY the same, and causing water damage to my walls. My rooms were soaked after 8 hrs and had a stench to them. I will NEVER be using and making sure all my colleagues know of my bad experience!

I like the fact that the carpets were cleaned and dried quickly. The technician that came to our house was very professional and well informed of the services he was providing.
I’m sorry, but we were not happy with the finished outcome of the tile cleaning. I know the home we just bought was 10 years old and the tile and grout were very dirty. But, This Morning there was a residue and spray marks from what he sprayed to try and clean some of the grout after he put the equipment in the van. So I grabbed my swifter (I actually took a picture of what I cleaned up with just a swifter if you’d like to see it). And then I sat down and cleaned it section by section with a cloth and all purpose cleaner. I just Feel like he should have gone over it more and paid attention to the corners, behind doors and high traffic areas!
You showed up when you said you would, and there weren't any hidden fees. The technician was quick but spent enough time to get the spots out. Everything went smoothly, and the carpet looks great.
Carson arrived on time. I met him at the door and he interdouced himself. Went through the house and showed him what I had ordered. Asked how much to do the living room. Said ok. Carpet is 30 years old and did not except wonders. Carson was very thourgh in helping me to understand what needed to be done. I was very pleased the way everything turned out. Carson took his time, 2hrs. Got some stains out that I did't think he would. You have a very good employee. He is welcome in my house anytime. Thank you.
