This is the 2nd time I have used your company. The first experience wasn't great but mostly due to your employee. The carpets looked good but the employee was rude and downright creepy. However, after a few years I decided to try your company again as I like the "no chemicals" approach. This time the employee was very nice but the job performed wasn't great. I had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned, 3 rooms of tile, 1 walkway of tile and 1 rug. The carpets looked good but the tile doesn't look much different than prior to being cleaned. We pointed out some areas of the grout and the employee cleaned them with a brush leaving a residue on the tile which I then had to mop up. I was also surprised that some small tables were not moved to be cleaned under on the carpet and tile. We had moved larger/ heavier pieces but with previous cleaning companies they would at least slide the night stand, clean and then put it back on little foam pads. Your pricing is higher than other companies but I feel the cleaning quality is about the same but the other company I used adds a few more details than your company. And last, I did not see anywhere on your website what type payment you take. I tried to pay with American Express but was told your company does not accept that. Quite surprising from such a large company. Would have been nice to know that up front as I use American Express for everything. We are also self employed (mom & pop) and take all types of cards for the convenience of our customers. Disappointing experience.
The technician did a nice job except when we finally went into the rooms when the carpets were dry enough to walk on, we noticed he had not shampooed behind the doors. When we close the doors now there are dark streaks where the carpet was cleaned and where it wasn't.
Your employee went above and beyond! She did a fantastic job and gave a 110%. The couch looks great. We felt totally comfortable with her being in our home.

My tile was laid over 15 years ago. With dogs in and out and visitors our grout gets quite dirty. Zerorez is able to get it to a clean look again!
