Zerorez was the most professional carpet cleaning service my husband and I have ever used. From the initial estimate and appointment process through the carpet cleaning itself, we were pleased. The technician, Luke, was very professional, pleasant and did an extremely thorough job. He went so far as to notice the Veteran's license plates on my husband's vehicle and offered us a Veteran's discount. Zerorez exceeded my expectations.

The professionalism of the entire Zerorez Empire. The product they provide is second to none. I loved them in CA and now in Flagstaff I wish they would open at least a couple of days a month to assist the very much needed carpet, rug and floor cleaning service here.
