The guy who actually did the carpets was awesome, but we had a spot where our dog had an accident prior to the cleaning and once they were done it still smelt like pee. We had to go buy carpet cleaner to get rid of the odor. I was disappointed

This was the first time that I used Zerorez. I have many square feet of tile, but I chose to purchase 3 rooms of tile cleaning to see if the result was satisfactory before doing the entire house.

The technicians cleaned the kitchen area which is at the back of the house, and ran their water and power lines through the front door. The area between the kitchen and front door is also tile, and the technicians were walking back and forth out the door and in to the kitchen. They did not put down any towels or absorbent paper to walk on, which resulted in their shoes tracking the sealer product onto the tiles that were not part of the job. I have tried mopping the area but the shoe prints do not come up.

The technicians had a problem with the piece of equipment that scrubs and suctions up the water. At first one of them was trying to dry the floor with towels, but then the other tech came back in and said to re-wet the floor and that they had to wait for another truck to come and bring replacement equipment. They went out and waited in their truck for about 30 minutes, although the overall interruption/delay was closer to an hour.

To make things right, I would like Zerorez to come back out and clean the area to remove the residual shoe prints. My preference would be to have different technicians.

Eric was very professional, prompt and pleasant. Got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and got some stains out which I appreciated. It was very expensive but I guess in the long run worth it.
