Job is done well and fast. Schedule was made with a 2 hour window and they arrived with in it. Job was done in a timely number. Also like that it doesn't take all day for the carpet to dry.

Floors had a film and grout was black, the film and black grout lines are gone, walked around in white socks after ZeroRez treatment and sock were still white! Will definitely use them again!!!!

I already text late yesterday about our granite cleaning. We were disappointed with the results, thought it would be all shiny and there are many dull areas yet. It needed to be buffed more or whatever they do. The fella was nice who did it, he said to call or inform if there were any areas of concern. They said it was brought to management’s attention, I’ve heard nothing.

Service was excellent and the technicians were beyond great!

First of all, the tech Steven, was amazing! He was so thorough and didn’t leave until I approved of every room and square inch. The price I got online was the same when he got here and the same at the end. I had my entire house done, carpet and tile. I love the way it all turned out. So worth the money! I will use zerorez every time I need my floors done and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Steven!!

Tech arrived ahead of time and did a great job!

I have availed myself of your service for many years-since the first time you cleaned my carpet and tile, I have not considered any other service-and there are many, as you know. I have been impressed every time by the great finished product, and the stellar customer service from first call to the cleaning crews! The only suggestion I would offer is that you could move heavy furniture-many like myself are not able to do that or do not have others in our circle who can help with that aspect.

I was really hoping I would see a big difference in the tile that I have not had professionally cleaned in the 12 years of living in my home. Not only was there not a noticable difference, I was left with dirty footprints and leaves in the areas that were not being treated.

I called in to place my order because I was providing it as a gift for one of my clients. The customer service on the phone was wonderful. They weren't pushy they just listened and politely talked over the pros and cons of the various options. It was a nice hassle free customer service that will bring me back to do business again.

First Tim’s using Zeroez and we’ll never use another carpet cleaning service. Technician was prompt, friendly and thorough. Got all the spots out and did not upsell any pretreating.

The service was very expensive and did not clean the grout as advertised. I also had to clean afterwards from the spray on my cabinets, walls and toilets. It left dirty spots everywhere.
