It needs to be a little more clear about what qualifies as a room.

I have used Zerorez since we moved to Arizona in 2015, however this last time my rugs have not turned out like I thought they should...I had a heart issue in August and had to leave me doggie (Ginger) alone and in the house longer then what was needed at times.
I told the customer service rep taking my appointment call that I had a special issue with animal urine. When my Tech (Jesse) came I pointed these out and asked him to evaluate what we needed to do. He did pretreat them, but I believe that they needed a little more work, treatment application/product, etc.
The carpet is not a real expensive one and was new in 2015. I was hoping to have a better clean as I can still see some spots. Hum! What to do now?
Very good product, and Jack was very good cleaning my carpet. He was excellent in explaining how your product works. I would recomend your product to any of friends, which I have done. Thank you for very good service.

The quality of the tile cleaning—results were not great on my tile. Don’t think it was the tech cause carpet results are great!
We have used Zerorez for years and love the service. The carpets always feel wonderful, although this time we had the tile done. The first time we have had this service and we could not be happier. The employees are always professional and pleasant. We use the water for much of our cleaning. Always recommend to people who ask about carpets.

Carpet was great but not tile
Service was ok, just expensive. Maybe some type of discount after a certain amount of items ie furniture are cleaned. Ex: 2 or 3 cleaned half off 4th. The cleaning was good but for almost $400 not sure I'd repeat the service.
Waste of time and money.
AMAZING! I was ready to rip out our tile, but after having the grout cleaned it looks brand new again!
