I have used Zerorez several times now for my carpets and tile. I have several dogs and a toddler in my home with light colored carpet so they have a challenge each time and every time it comes out looking amazing.
The tech is always prompt and professional along with everyone I have spoken with on the phone. The prices are affordable and the online scheduling is so convenient. Zerorez is my go to company.

Our tech was very professional and carpets came out like new.

I already had to schedule another technician to come back and redo job. Started by telling me all the traffic areas would not be the same as the rest of carpet when completed. Even pointed out a specific traffic area which was under a bed and the only thing ever walking in that area would have been a cat under the bed. Previous technician did a thorough job in March and that’s why we called zerorez back out. This technician took no time and didn’t do half of what the other did and was in and out in much less time than previous tech. No booties were left, no raking of carpet was done, went they each room measuring and charged me for an additional room because room was 280 sq ft. Even though my other rooms were only a 10x10 room with furniture. The whole experience was very disappointing.
