Quick efficient and fair price
There is a sticky substance on my carpet and it wasn’t removed. They have contacted me to come out and fix it. If they do, I’ll change my opinion
I was quoted approx $220. My son was home when they arrived. We had one less bedroom cleaned than originally discussed, and the bill was almost $270. We were told a receipt would be emailed. It wasn't. I called and left my phone number with all of these details and repeated my email address. You have it, since you emailed me this survey. I still don't have a receipt, and no one has called. How disappointing.

the service guy should have worn booties....also it took over 8 hrs to dry.
The tech was on time, despite the terrible rain and wind. He was friendly, took time to provide feedback as each room was completed and cleaned up after himself. He represented your company well.
I received conflicting responses regarding a chocolate stain. The first technician said, the water solution you use would remove it. I checked later in the day when the carpet was dry and the stain was still on the carpet. I didn’t point out the stain and only mentioned it when they were workin
Prompt service and the service technician was awesome!
My tiles are still dirty, guys stayed 20 to 30 minutes to clean my living room, kitchen, dining room. Residue around edges of rooms. I was not there to see what was done, bit having owned a commercial floor cleaning business, know more time was needed. Would like them to come back.

The technician was very nice, came on time and worked safely and cleanly. I just was not satisfied with the way the tile looked after he was done. After the tile dried, it had a film on the surface, which I ended up having to re mop anyway. I'm not sure how this can be rectified.

The tech was awesome! The attention to detail and what was done, quite honestly, has been lost in the service industry. Add to that, the method and cleaning process with no chemical cleansures was outstanding. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
