2 great individuals showed up on time, got to work nd did a great job!
My carpet was not even that dirty and the cleaning didn’t remove some of the dark spots from the heavy traffic areas. I have done carpet cleaning in the past and have seen better results from other traditional methods. Not sure it was worth the money. The technician was great and did his job well the cleaning was just not what I expected.

Well the floors are fresh and clean . It has been almost a full week and no dog marks. The only thing is the laundry room smells damp and there was a spot that did not get fully cleaned in laundry room . I’m trying to just air it out .
Lack of communication. A recap of the order should have been confirmed at end of conversation. If Owner not present at time of cleaning the tech should call the owner to confirm the order. My carpet had stains that did not get clean. I believe the professional should be able to determine if the stain can be removed. Had I known the stains were going to remain the same, I would not have wasted my money. Ultimately, I had to have the carpet replaced.
I had my carpets cleaned on 10/9 and the techs did a great job. There was one stain that another cleaning service tried to clean unsuccessfully, but your team was able to get it out. I am so happy because that stain really bothered me. I will definitely use your company again, and have already recommended you to others.
The efficiency of the two technicians, the safety they used in my home even on wall corners, the no smell no chemicals used and how clean the carpets looked

Service man (Kyle) was very pleasant and helpful in answering questions we had regarding the cleaning process and use of the Zerorez water process. He was very efficient and thorough with the cleaning process of both our carpet and kitchen tile. We were pleased with the cleaning result as well as the reasonable cost.

I appreciate uour team coming out and I realize this isnt the beat carpet. Right away I could tell the traffic areas did not come clean. I called and was asked to let them dry first before a final evaluation. Well the look terrible. The technician did not spend any extra time on the heavy traffic areas. Those areas need to be redone when we can get it scheduled...
