Professional and quality
Tech explained the process thoroughly and politely. The end result turned out just as we discussed.
The estimate was 380 and the actual work was 470. I was shocked and disappointed when I evaluated the work. 1.5 hours of work should be a much better value. Please tell me the estimate before you start the work!

I would highly recommend the service and employees of Zerorez. Micah, the scheduler, was very prompt in her email correspondence and worked hard to schedule my appointment when I needed it. She also sent follow-up reminders so I would know what was happening. Steve, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. He was helpful and had suggestions to keep the carpet looking clean. I appreciated his excellent customer service and knowledge. I would highly recommend this service - my carpet looks great and they were very professional!

We have used Zerorez numerous times on our own home and on our ptoperties, they are always a great value. I highly recommend the company.
Service was on time and professional.
One of our carpets is simply not clean. We pointed some spots out to the technicians, and they said that there was nothing that they could do to get them out. It is just generally dirty on the ends, too. Later on, we used another kind of cleaner, and they came out. However, the rug is just generally not clean at all. It is a wool area rug. Also our furniture didn't come clean either, particularly in the binding that goes around the cushions. The protective sleeves for the sidearm aren't clean either. We were very disappointed. However, the other carpets that were cleaned look like they have been cleaned and appear fine.
I don't think that the kind of cleaner that you use (although not toxic) isn't capable of cleaning the above items. We don't think that there is anything that you could do to rectify the above short of returning our money for those items.
