Had to move my furniture myself also had to vacuum the rugs before they came and the price is much to high that only took about 15 min to clean. I was quoted a price of 214,00 and when they got here the price went to 294.00, I am 79 year old so I couldn't move the couch so of course it didn't clean under the couch. Will not get them to clean again or recommend them. but I do like the water to clean with and will get it again.
OUR CARPET IS 13 YEARS OLD AND WE HAVE HAD YOUR COMPANY CLEAN IT FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT!!!

There was a terrible mix-up with the arrival of the technician who called me at 11:20 am and said he would be here in 20 minutes. At 1:10 pm he had not come so I called company and was put on hold over 10 minutes while she tried to locate him and find out what happened. He gave a lame excuse about coming and also going to the wrong house. This is unacceptable. The company sent Mike who arrived at 2:30 and did a fine job.
My carpets always look brand new when you finish. No crunchy carpet like other companies. Polite technicians.

Smells good dries fast
Zerorez again did excellent work on my carpet and tile. I have used them multiple times this year and every time a good experience. They have never tried to upsell in the field and their tech was knowledgeable.
PLUS: No harsh chemicals or soap, safe for pets and kids.
MINUS: Normally, the carpets are dry in a few hours. However, this time, they were left wetter than expected. I opened up the house to help dry and used floor fans. However, I still have damp spots in a few areas even after 24 hrs.

I have seen the ad on tv about your three step process. My tech forgot the middle step. Carpet is filthy in areas and smells like muddy wet dogs.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez and again, I was very pleased with the results. I definitely will be calling again to have them clean my carpets. Kyle was very nice and did an excellent job. I will request him in the future.

There were many places around the edges of my carpet ... especially near doors that were left dirty. It looked pretty good in the center when he left ... but now some of the spots are showing after 2 days. Is there a place where I can upload some photos? If I wasn't headed out of town tomorrow morning for 3 weeks, I would ask for a re-do and see if someone else could get the edges and spots better.
However, the technician was very pleasant and polite. He would rate a 10 on customer relations.
I wont use anyone else anymore. My carpets are so clean when they leave and they stay cleaner longer. So while it costs a bit more up front, I don't have to do it as often.

While understanding that I didn’t use the two gallons the rep recommended to remove the urine, her room does not smell any better at all. If I have you come back and pay another $150, it should be perfect because for $300, I could have replaced the carpet
