The tech was here in time and did a great job and clean and got our carpets so clean it was awesome.

I wouldn't say I am disappointed. Unfortunately, I feel like we were coerced into spending almost double what I anticipated, $200 more. I signed up for cleaning and opted to forego any additional stain fighters, etc. This is the first I've ever had a carpet cleaning service and didn't know what to expect so I figured we'd start small. I was not present at the time of cleaning but my husband said that the technician said the only way he could clean the carpets is if we did the topical biological treatment in all the rooms. He demonstrated the various stain spots with a black light to show my husband. We agreed because he said he could not clean the carpets without it. The carpets do look cleaner but when we go over with the black light again, all the spots are still there. I understand they do not disappear completely but they don't seem to be dulled much according to my husband. I am not sure if it's truly a policy that the treatment has to be done or what the protocol is for that.....but it feels like maybe we were up sold unnecessarily. Again, could be wrong, but it just doesn't feel 100% right either. I am anxious to see how long the clean look lasts and how quickly stains start to pop back up. We have cleaned the carpets ourselves in the past, I was just looking to have something done quicker without breaking the bank.

No chemicals, great cleaning

My couch was dirtier, more discolored and streaky after it was cleaned. It was fixed for free and the second time it looked great. Leaves me wondering if my carpets were done badly too.

I loved that the carpets smelled fresh and looked brand new after zerorez cleaned them! The carpets were soft and not crunchy hours after the cleaning. I had visible pet stains that were so embarrassing and zerorez got them out.
