I had used Zerorez once before and was not pleased with the results. The person said he was new and spent, so much time at our home. I decided to try again and Tanner was our technician. He did a fabulous job, both in the past and our recent cleaning. I requested him by name. Recently, we had a sick dog and a large mess was discovered in our spare room. Tanner treated the area and so far stains have not come through the carpet, as can be the case. He is excellent and fast took 1.5 hours total and not hours on end with busy schedules. Cost is more than I have spent in the past with other companies, but you sometimes get what you pay for.

Your Service Tech Josh, was on time, presentable, and after proper introduction ask us what we expected of Zerorez. Our input to Josh did not fall on deaf ears. Josh fully explained the process of Zerorez and how much healthier the water process is in addition to making carpets look and feel better.
We feel Josh fully delivered on all prior information we received from Zerorez and of our expectations of treating a very long overdue cleaning of carpets.
We would have rated both Josh and Zerorez higher than a "10" if the scale had allowed.
We will use your company again as needed and also refer your services to famly and friends.

Our tech was amazing. He gets all the credit. The carpets are so clean. We had a bad experience 8 years ago and hadn't had carpet cleaning since. Now the carpet looks like the day we moved in. The house smells fresh but not fragranced. In addition, the job was fast and we had a lot of carpet. I highly recommend.
