The tech did a great job overall. Halfway thru he suggested the topical sealant for both the carpet areas and the tile. After giving me a price I agreed to it and he went on with his work. The tech started packing away some of his equipment not realizing he had forgotten to do one of the carpeted areas. I asked about it and he felt bad that he had forgotten to do that second room. He said because of that he would not charge for the sealant for the carpet and grout. It turns out I was charged for it in the end any way. My only complaint is if someone promises something then they should follow thru and not charge for it anyhow.
I would like to give Steve a 10.
He is knowledgeable about the company their product and the services Zerorez offers.

The results are spectacular.
Courteous, knowledgeable and the carpets looked better then when I had them cleaned by another carpet cleaning company, just one month prior. It was kind of pricy for the pet odor treatment, but so far the smell is gone and we are thrilled with the outcome.

Thorough and on time
I like the "no soaps and chemicals". your service technicians have all been professional over the years and done a great job of cleaning carpet and furniture.
I only have one complaint this time. I called the morning of the service to be sure that your company had both my work and home number for the "on their way" call. I was informed that the information would be passed on to dispatch. I was still at work when my home was called and a message left. I did finally get a call from the service technician stating he would have to leave because he was only allowed to wait so long. I asked would he give me a few more minutes as I had never received the first call and was only 10 min away.

The phone operator left one of my rooms off of the quote and I was very specific. No one likes it when it cost more than expected. There are crunching sections in my carpet after the cleaning. Also, I paid for pet treatment and my carpet still smells like urine. The technician was very friendly and resolve the billing problem before he began.

Both of the technicians were so kind and helpful. They left my home cleaner than they found it. I would recommend having upholstery cleaned to brighten it up. They were amazing.

It works! I haven't had my carpets done in a few years. I have 3 pets and it was hard to put them in other rooms. Then having to move things around. But when he started cleaning the carpets, it was amazingly clean. It grossed me out when he got the blue light and showed me the stains. He even put his head very close to the spots and smelled it. I said, "you're a lot braver than me. But he said he didn't smell urine. I told him I get to the stain quickly with vinegar and baking soda. Zerorez took it from there. Just nice to know I can sit on my carpet without feeling so gross.
On time, not overly priced, fast & friendly
Tech smelled like cigarette smoke and pre-existing spots are unchanged. Was done in about 1 hour which was nice but was much faster than other previous services. I wonder about thoroughness.
