I had three rooms cleaned. One was a closet. Now brown stains in carpet. Guest room now has stains that weren’t present before. Casita now has brown stains throughout carpet.
Have had Zerorez in past. Never had this problem. Unsure what happened. They will be out again to hopefully repair stains

The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I like the idea that nothing is left behind in my carpet once its cleaned. I had thoroughly vacuumed before they came. I was totally blown away by what their pre cleaning machine brought up out of my carpet. Such a thorough job!
