The service techs have always been professional and once cleaned, the carpet looks great. This last service left the carpet damp for over 24 hours, however the humidity level was higher than usual. I will continue to use Zerorez for the fact that they use the empowered water to clean without soapy chemicals.

I paid $10 for each chair and the job wasn’t completed properly. Wasted $60. Should’ve never paid extra for add on services. The carpet cleaning was done great though. Professionalism of the cleaner and the trainer, I have no complaints. Actually two nice gentlemen.

When I asked on the phone how many people are coming to my home, the lady said one. Quite uncomfortable to see two men come to my home when I specifically asked the question of how many people would be in my home.

Communication with the drivers to know whether or not he is training should be important for the person answering the phone to know.

Scheduling communication was flawed. That’s no fault of the cleaners.

Carpet looks great, service people were efficient and polite and on time.

A fine job was done on our carpets. your technician was fantastic. pleasant, friendly and efficient. the only problem we hd was some of the kitchen tile grout was peeled off when it was cleaned. I was hoping there was some way you could fit that problem

I’ve used you many times before and have always been completely satisfied, but this time the carpet didn’t look clean when it was done. I don’t know if the equipment wasn’t working well or what the difference was.

Good service. This time for some reason the carpet didn't seem to get as clean as the last time we used Zerozez.

I was told by the office and Brandon that the cat urine spots and smell would be gone. But the is still quite quite an odor. Brandon said there maybe still some odor from the tackstrip, but not like this. I spent an extra $225 to have this taken care of. If I had known that it would still be there, I would have declined the additional cost.
Overall, I was satisfied with your company and would recommend you, but definitely not for cat odor.
