I've used Zerorez in the past at a different house, again had pet stains, after technician was done, there was no hint of any prior accidents. Fadt forward to this cleaning on Tuesday, it's now Thursday, and the smell is still present in the carpet. And, there was no citrus scent, as in prior cleanings. I called first thing Thursday morning, and was advised that it took up to 3 days before the smell completely dissipated. I've never experienced or heard of that. For $154.00, for one bedroom, there should not be any trace of oder in the carpet. Very disappointed with this last carpet cleaning.
