I was impressed with how promptly we got scheduled. Along with an easy scheduling (within days) we were called because they were finished early on the prior job and wanted to know if it would be ok if they came earlier. I usually get calls from contractors saying they'll be late or have to reschedule so this was very welcome news. The cleaning person was professional and polite and unlike so many other companies did not try to twist your arm to "upsell" more services or products. We are happy with the cleaning, the people and the scheduling process. A+ all around.
Your company does excellent work. Your staff is very friendly.. The products.gets the stain cleaned.
Were quick, communicative and did a great job!
My technician was super polite and helpful.
Anthony was a great technician! The carpets look beautifully clean, and there was no weird old pet smells during the cleaning. Definitely will hire Zerorez again!
The tech was very professional, however, there were some areas that didn't get cleaned as well as anticipated. I ended up doing one area myself after the technician left.
Hello, Our service on the tiled floors were great, in exception of our heavy walk way areas; hallway and living room. The heavy areas still look like they were not cleaned enough and they still look dirty in the heavy traffic areas.

Great product, great service. Austin was friendly and did a great job, carpet looked great afterwards.
You do an awesome job
I was very impressed with Zerorez from the first time I called and talked to a lady in the office. She was very friendly and explain the whole process to me. I set up an appointment and she said they will call you back to give you the two hour window, which they did.
When Brandon arrived he was very nice and explain what he was going to do. My carpet was very dirty and he did a great job of getting it cleaned. He was very profession and did a great job.
I have already recommended Zerorez to my friends.

The tech was great the work done was fantastic
techinicians were courtious and prompt
Everything went well he was very friendly!
Everything was great from booking appointment and when cleaning performed.
I feel they do a good job and the carpet dries quickly. The only bad part is they don;t move, or even help move, furniture when needed. As a single, older person, living with no help it is difficult to get the complete carpet done. Also, when services offered at $135 for three rooms, it seems unfair not to say that it doesn't include some of the special treatments needed to remove dirt from the traffic areas.
Dave is a superb job on my carpets and grout! House looks brand new - fantastic job. He's extremely thorough and provided great support and advice for future cleanings.
The quality of work. Carpets are clean and soft. Technitions are professional
Great products and friendly and professional service!!
Help move furniture
Well and Quick drying
I have used Zero Rez four times and each time I thought they were really really good, better than anybody else. However, this fourth time the guy was even better and I found out that the other three even though they were good they didn’t do it the way this guy did. He used a different machine which he said all the other ones were supposed to of used but they never did, he said that this machine gets deep down into the carpet and pulls all the stuff up and then you go over it with the cleaner. I was amazed at the difference he did such a great job. I would recommend Richard to everybody or have the other ones do it the way he did.
Professionalism and quick service
