Quick and friendly
The representative that came to service our house was amazing. I would have liked the scheduler to be more realistic with expectations.
There were streaks all over the floors. There were several missed areas. For $500 we were extremely unsatisfied. Please have a manager reach out to me.

Fantastic service from Anthony Daniels. He helped us realize how naughty our puppies have been and confirmed my suspicions that we needed extraction services. While we were told there would still be a black spot mark after the extraction, every single spot was full removed!!! I was initially taken back by sticker shock for pricing, but after demonstrating the process, I had a better understanding and was excited about the service. My carpet smells new again and I’m happy in my home. Anthony was very personable and patient with us in explaining the process. I’d love to see him come back next year!

Based on the radio commercial I was under impression that the cleaning will be excellent and in the comparison to the companies the better effect is guaranteed. The carpet looked like it has not been cleaned and the terrible odor that was left after cleaning. My tenant requested me to clean it again.

Technician was 20 minutes past the 2 hour window. Did get a $40 deduction. Was told that you don’t soak the carpet but it was wet for 12 hours. Technician was very nice and professional

Appointment was easy to schedule and I was notified when the service tech was on his way. The process was quick and I felt like the tech took time to ask questions about the carpet. The product they used smelled amazing, not like chemicals. Carpets look great and I don’t see any of the old stains in heavy traffic areas. Very professional and will use them again.
The technician was friendly and arrived when he said he would. The technician explained the steps in the zerorez process. My carpets look fantastic!

Technician Adam G was on time and was extremely courteous and professional and thorough. Couldn't have been more pleased.
Only drawback was accepting an afternoon appointment which left the carpets still damp at bedtime.
