Jeff has been cleaning my carpets for a few years, I like his attitude, helpful ideas and professionalism. We are just very comfortable knowing he is taking care of our carpets! And the carpets dry well, we don't seem to have residue to attract more dirt.
The cleaning process did not produce the results. Two attempts, no improvement. Proposed cost was $147; I was charged over $200. I called your office and explained the situation and was told no refund; instead I could have a $50 credit. Unacceptable. Regards, Name removed.
