Aaron F was the technician that came to my house on 2/16/19. He was very professional yet personable. This is the 3rd time using Zerorez and I highly recommend Aaron. He did an outstanding job. My carpets have never looked better-I hope he remains with the company as I will be requesting him for my next cleaning.

I like how the Caroet is scrubbed first before it’s cleaned, I think it makes a big difference. The guys are always nice and friendly. I do also appreciate getting a call to let me know their on the way.

Very professional and my carpets are clean!
I have been happy with the service from Zerorez but this last cleaning I got 2 days ago I was a little disappointed. The cleaning of the carpets went by so much faster than previous times. I just believe this time my carpet didn't get as clean as in the past. Having said that, the gentleman that came out was nice and friendly. Please let me make that clear. It just seemed the job was rushed.
I love that the rooms smell so good and my carpet looks brand new again. I have 3 dogs so they leave a ton of stains. Zero Rez gets every stain out perfectly. I also love that my carpet feels soft and fluffy after too. The best carpet cleaner ever.
The technician (Joel) was very conscientious with his work, answered all our questions and insured we understood and concurred with the procedures. He was ahead of schedule and contacted us to see if it was okay if he arrived early. He was very professional and did a great job. The carpets look very nice and we like the idea of no residue left.

Abe showed up on time and was very friendly. He took good care to make sure my house was protected while he cleaned my carpets.
Afterwards, Abe checked to make sure everything was to my sanctification. He went through the questionnaire to verify the service and details.
I appreciate that there was no heavy cleaning smell afterwards. I will indeed use Zerorez in he future.
