I like that it is free of chemicals. I also love the fact that they are able to get all of my stains out.
Jeff was very professional and really nice. He did a great job getting our carpets cleaned. I really like how quickly they are dry and how soft they are after cleaning.

The product works great. Dave from Minnesota did a great job. I would prefer an online scheduling tool (an app) that remembers previous cleanings and pricing. Charles took way too much time asking all these questions trying to upsell stuff. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to schedule a clean. Thx.

Drys really fast, no after smell. Looks bright and clean.
Technician was friendly and professional. Once he was finished, my family and I left and did not return for 5 hours. The carpet was mostly dry but we stayed off it completely until the very next day. After 16 hours I took my first steps on the now dry carpet and I just wasn’t impressed. I was expecting the carpet to feel soft but it feels hard in multiple places. Even places that weren’t heavily soiled prior to the cleaning. We had one room cleaned and one hallway. The hallway leads to the garage and it is a high traffic area, I will say it does look much better now. The heavy stains came up but the carpet is so hard and crunchy in those spots. There were a couple small spots I felt like could have come out better in the living area. Over all I feel like it was a very surface level clean. Maybe it got the dust out but my carpet looks virtually the same in the living area, now with some crunchy spots. I feel like I could have gotten the same results for half the price with a rental from the store. This is a completely honest review. Thanks for reading!
Great customer service: attentive, great communication skills, detail of services and politeness. Used other companies in on and off. Always have great outcomes every time I call for service even after the competitor companies have done there job cleaning my carpet. With ZeroRez my carpet is ALWAYS REALLY LOOKING AND SMELLING CLEAN. Freshness over dirty clean.
I have used Zerorez for several years and they always provide good professional service. Their staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate it when they contact me a couple of days ahead of my appointment to confirm and remind me of the appointment. They always arrive during the window time that they assign and that is great!
Most of the spots came out of traffic area. clean smell, soft to wall on . not tacky.

I really like how you scrub the carpet first then clean it. I think that makes a big difference and makes the carpet cleaner.
Even though the work you do is great, the cost can be prohibitive. Also, old people like me, have trouble moving small furniture and vacuuming before you arrive.
The tech told me upfront that the stain on my sofa was so old that it might not come out -- so certainly no fault on his part at all. I had just heard so much hype on radio ads that I figured that of all the companies out there yours would be the one to trust. And I might add after paying $244 I expected better results.

Your ads sell your service perfectly, if only you actually did everything you say you could. Walk way areas no better than before I spent almost 400 bucks! I was told dry time was 4-6 hours, and 48 hours later I still have damp carpet. I would like a refund because your services are worthless.
