The cleanest carpet company and ypu hire professional people to come into our home.
Aaron Farley did a WONDERFUL and FANTASTIC job!! The disappointment came when I went to pay almost $600 in cleaning and I could not pay it with my American Express! That is a lot of points lost on a high cost item that will force me to choose another cleaner the next time. Those of us that use American Express would never know if you were charging the extra cost to honor the card, and your prices are already pretty high compared to others, so why not let us use our chosen charge card.
Anyway, just wanted you to know, this is why I won't be back as a customer.

The technician was prompt and polite. He came in and we went through the house to see what needed to be done. Once we established that, he went directly to work. We were pleased at the low noise level and the speed with which he completed the job. He was in and out in less than an hour and a half, which worked well for us. The carpets were dry in less than 6 hours and they were soft and cushy. Job well done

I didn't know furniture didn't get moved. So the service person went around the couch, tables, etc.
There were two stains that were not given attention to. Since the house was going on the market it was important that they were removed.

The servicemen were on time, friendly, professional, clean cut. They took care of my floors beautifully and quickly and kept me informed of the progress. Got all of the pet stains and odor out too!
The technician was very nice, courteous and thorough, but the carpet ended up "crunchy" and not as clean as other companies we have used. Also, the truck leaked antifreeze all over our driveway. The Tech did offer to clean it up however.

I like the professionalism of the team that came to my home. Mike and Roman were polite and knowledgeable, answering my questions and explaining each step of the process. They did a great job and even removed an old calligraphy ink stain from my carpet.
I was very pleased with the services we received on Monday when Abe came out. He worked very hard on a couple of the stains that I thought wouldn't come out. Abe was courteous and answered any questions that I had. I've always used your company, and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning company. I've also noticed that my carpets seem to stay clean for a long time. Ten stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way!
Thorough and fast
The carpet get very very clean, and the price is reasonable.
I requested 2 rooms of tile and 1 room of carpet to be cleaned. First the good news. The carpet looks great. Couldn't be happier with it, and the tech was very nice and polite. Now for the problem: the tech began to clean the tile and found that it needed a special type of cleaning due to a waxy buildup. And for some reason (that makes no sense to me), Zerorez does not do this special kind of cleaning and I have to find another company to do it. The tile was left with blotchy, peeling debris all over the entire living room area and part of the kitchen. It looks WAY worse than before he started. So, number one, it would have been nice if he had discovered he couldn't do it before he started then I wouldn't be left with it looking as hideous as it does now. Second, now I wasn't charged for the two rooms of tile but that caused the carpet cleaning to go way up in price to meet the minimum requirement. Ugh. Third, I was having this done in order to list my house for sale and I ended up having to postpone the listing because I obviously cannot show my home in its current condition. I have to wait for this new cleaning company to find an opening for me which just delays my whole timeline. Every time I go in my living room I see how gross it looks and get more annoyed with this whole ordeal.

Michael and Josh were excellent at what they did and were very kind and informative. The carpets came put beautiful and amazing considering they are beige and very old. We were completely amazed at the outcome and would recommend this carpet cleaning to everyone!!
Abraham was phenomenal! His customer service is beyond great. ZeroRez made our carpets come back to life and even removed stains we thought were permanent! Definitely will recommend this service to anyone we come in contact with!
