My carpets look great and feel great to walk on in bare feet. The technician was professional and prompt.

Hi...we had our carpets cleaned on November 6 and are not happy with the results. The tech who cleaned wanted my review pretty much right away but I decided to wait a bit and see how that carpets looked after drying. The spots that were on my carpet before he came are still there. I am not sure he spot cleaned at all. I realize that I do not have new carpets nor did I expect that my carpets would LOOK new but at the same time they do not look clean. I have had carpets cleaned before and they at least looked good two or three weeks after but I can't say the same here. So I will get out my home carpet cleaner and reclean them. No, I won't be recommending Zero Rez. Thanks (this review would have been sooner but we were out of town for the Holiday)

Great service & very professional. Evan did an awesome job.

I felt like the high traffic areas were in need of a pre treating or something.... Not suggested and did not come as clean as I thought they could.

I asked when the 250 sq ft room (290 sq ft actual) went into effect? The 2 other rooms are much smaller (about 150 sq ft). The 2 prior cleanings were all charged as 3 rooms not 4? He said "that is up to the person doing the cleaning... we have the ability to raise or lower the rate", so... " if I think it's a lot of work, I raise the price".

I tried to asked him a question ( three times ) while he was setting up, he could not hear me.... had his ear buds in listening to ???? not the customer.

I've always been extremely happy with your services. The technicians have been very polite and courteous and have done an excellent job cleaning my carpets.

Mike did an awesome job. We love that the carpets are so soft. Our rooms that have Berber Carpet look great. We do have a spot on one room that was not there prior to service and wondering could I call to request someone to come look at it?
