What do you like about our products and services?

The office called me when the tech was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and got right to work. The carpets look fantastic with some stains we had tried to remove being gone.
Would definitely use them again.

Professional technician cleaned the room in about 30 minutes. The 10 year old carpet looked brand new after the cleaning!

Easy to schedule and very competent individual who answered the phone and covered everything upfront.
The tech, Carson, who cleaned the carpet did a GREAT job! Very nice, very thorough and very professional. Explained what he was going to do, and explained and offered additional services

We have used Zerorez several times and have had good service. They have cleaned our carpets, furniture and most recently our shower tile. The service people are always very friendly and neat.

After taking a chance with using your service I am a believer in Zerorez. My carpets looked brand new and were so soft. Chris, my technician, was very professional, knowledgeable about the product and techniques and a all around nice guy who took the time to play with my doxies. Will definitely be using your service in the future and have already recommended you to my friends.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Few places were not cleaned very well. Looks like should have been pre cleaned or gone over twice. Didn't really notice until the carpet dried. Have had carpets cleaned by Zerorez before with out this issue.

The Tech was friendly and efficient, and did a beautiful job. My 20+ year old carpet looks like new..almost ! I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.

What do you like about our products and services?

This is the second year I have used Zero rez and love how the carpets come out. I don't have to worry about soap or chemical residue on the carpets and also had the protector put on. I would always have this company and Jesse was a great technician. I would want him every time.
