David did a great job, he was able to get a spot out that I did not think would come out.
My service provider was very personable and thorough and did a great job and assured if any spots show up to just call and they will come back and take care of it. Her phone did not cooperate so I did not receive a receipt for the service so I hope I still will via e-mail.

The cleaner was very professional and did a great job!
I had you come out to clean my carpets to get ready to sell my house. I haven't been back but my realtor who recommended you went in to inspect the house and said there was a couple of spots that still had stains in the bedrooms and in the living room there's a big area where she took some resolve carpet cleaner and did a spot treatment and was able to get some of it up. I would like those areas to be cleaned again to get those stains up.

Your technician was extremely professional, explaining the Zerorez process and why it works. The results of the Zerorez process really work!! And it only took 4-8 hours for my carpet to be completely dry.

Alexis was courteous, careful, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Our experience could not have been better.
More expensive than I expected and would have cost me a fortune to actually get out the pet smells. $40 a gallon that would only cover a small portion of a room is outrageous to actually remove the smell. I ended up spending $100 more than planned. Just disappointed that my house still smells after a nearly $300 carpet cleaning. Not worth it.

The carpets looked so clean and bright when they dried. Michael did such a good job operating the equipment but the most commendable aspect of Michael’s work was the way he represented Zerorez as a company.
He is intelligent, a good communicator and made us feel very trusting of his presence in our home.
Lucas was very thorough with his work, as well as his explanation of what he was doing.
I was pleased with the service we got and the fellow was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to him and working with him. He is a good person.

Technician arrived on time and explained the entire process and what type of results to expect. He was very helpful and answered all questions/concerns. The results were better than expected and he left the house clean and orderly. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.
The customer service representatives are very pleasant to work with and they are knowledgeable about the products and services and make sure they are doing the services (tile, grout, carpet, rooms) that you requested. I would recommend them anytime.

to say I would make the design in the rug so the rug looked nice when you were done instead of straight Strokes the young man was very nice and a good representative for your company I just think that the sweeping design when you're finished looks like you paid for what you got

Our carpets look like new. We are snowbirds living in Sun City, AZ. We completely remodeled this home and the carpets had not been cleaned since installation.
