I like that your cleaning system, doesn't leave a residue behind.
I have also had good tech's that have done a good job.
Was not happy to find out that what I was quoted was not going to clean my furniture. Then I was told there was a up charge. If I wanted it cleaned and after it was done was told, that this is the best they were going to be able to do . The men were both friendly and professional and seem to do a good job. I feel if you can not clean things with with your quotes you should be sending someone out to look before you quote a price. They did a light test and there were no special stains other than dirt and yet they required a up charge to do the job. The sofa looks okay but I am not thrilled with what I had to pay for something that is just okay not great .

We had your company come and clean two rooms. In one of the rooms there were a few pet spots and I paid $100 extra to have those spots cleaned. I was told it would eliminate the pet odors.
It didn't. a week later I had your company return and deep clean the area again. The odors remain. This is carpet that was put in 1 year ago.
I expected more from your service.
Way overpriced. Carpet came out "okay". Nothing impressive.

Personality conflict with myself and the technician. Sofa and two recliners still in one room, rather pompously Jesse informed me he was not allowed to move furniture. I can understand that policy, so I informed Jesse that we are in our seventies and can move them, ( they are on sliders) just not into another room. He responded by repeating policy, which I understood, But I HAD to react and tell him I didn't want him touching my stuff anyway!! Bad start! I proceeded to show him what I wanted cleaned. The front room was a disaster from sick and now deceased dog. I explained that room was of little importance as the carpet was being replaced in the spring, no extreme measures needed. One stain in hall was important, pointed that one out. By this time, I knew I would only get more upset, so I retreated to patio for duration. Meantime Jesse did his required sales pitch on my husband, who acquiesced and accepted increased service ( I should have monitored, my fault for running away). Final result? Unimportant room looks great, important stain in hall still there! Strictly a personality conflict, Life is too short to subject ourselves to stress
Using a black light the following day, we can still see pet stains.

One of the rooms cleaned smells like Urine really bad now that it was cleaned, and we did the topical smell urine removal stuff. It never smelt until cleaned.

Sydney our tech was very professional and very polite. He was able to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He also explained about cleaning high traffic areas and that they may not clean as easily, although ours cleaned very well, considering our carpet is 14 years old.
