I had an area rug and two chairs cleaned, but I'm just not to sure how clean they really got. The chairs in particular were little impovement. The service was good but not totally sold overall.

My experience with Zerorez was wonderful! I got a quick and honest quote on the phone. A fast appointment. My technician was prompt,explained everything he was going to do,and cleaned my carpets very thoroughly.I like the no soap method,no residue. I feel that my carpet got clean,and my house smells fresh!

I have a rental property and the technician did a beautiful job of cleaning all the carpets in the house, even though I wasn't on site. It's been a week and the carpets still look like they just left!

Pricing, I received email stating 135 dollar value special. I picked what 2 rooms, hallway and stairs and confirmed, then received 2 days later 10 credit as first time customers. When they arrived stated it would be $203 little disappointing after your mind set was on another amount. They did do a great job but just a surprise that a price was changed from first quote. As I own my own business and quote daily but keep my confirmations intact. #1 mobile Welding firm valley wide and know other owners for over a decade.
It was the best job on my 13 year old carpet that I have seen in the last few years; even my stairs turned out great. Jeff, the man who came to do the job was great. I will ask for him when I use Zerorez' s services again. He cleaned my L shaped sectional and it looks great as well. It is 7 years old and had never been cleaned. I am very pleased with the service and even though it is pricier than others companies I have used, I think it will pay off in that my carpet will stay clean longer without the chemical residue that seems to attract the dirt.

David was really great, friendly, and nice and I truly believe he worked very hard while at our house; however, none of the upholstery that we paid to have cleaned actually looked much different which was quite the let down for us. There were spots on two of the pieces that were actually worse after the cleaning that I had to try and fix myself. The outer borders/fronts of the cushions on our couch still have spots on them and the corner cushion is visibly darker than all the other cushions. It is an iClean couch which is easier to clean as well. Being off white, I didn’t expect perfection but I at least thought for that type of money I could look at my couch and feel like it had received a little TLC. There were two tiny red fruit dots on our ottoman, which I knew would easily come out. They were still on it after it had been “cleaned” and I easily got them out on my own with a lightly damp rag (also iClean fabric on the ottoman). The floors were cleaned nicely and we were happy with that. I would not spend that type of money again for results that left me less than impressed overall. Again, David was a great guy. No complaints at all about him personally.
Great service Love the no chemicals you use on the carpets and tiles everything is always fresh and it stays fresh looking for a long time.
They do a great job, wearing those shoe covers is good too. Our carpet looks like new, even though it is almost 2 years old. I also like the fact that you extract a lot of moisture, so the carpet dries faster.
First, my carpet was cleaned better than any other cleaning service I've ever used.

Service man was very helpful and honest. He was not sure he could get the stain out, and unfortunately, he was correct. It just seems that coffee would not be that hard.
