What our clients think of us!

The service is awesome and I love the fact that the product doesn’t have a chemical smell

Your tech. Carson. Knowledgeable and courteous. Did a great job and answered all the questions we had. Well done!

No harsh chemicals and technician was very thorough. Technician informed me of different services and products available without being pushy. Prices though are expensive.

How friendly they are. They even got to my house early, and how they they keeped me informed throughout the whole vist.

Fantastic results. Jeff was so thorough He worked so hard to make the job look so fine I will call him again when needed,

They dry quickly and you don’t use chemicals

Outstanding service. Friendly tech!

First time using Zerorez Phoenix and very pleased. Although it was a bit more than the past companies I have used, the outcome was worth it. Tech was great (Alexus) and left all perfect. And - it dried when he said it would! Thank you - we will be returning customers.

Cleans without Chemicals, dry fast, Carpets aren't soaked and no crunc& after they dry. Stay cleaner longer and no residue smell or odor.No soap, just cleansing water. Availability and on time.

Fast, thorough service and helpful friendly staff.

Your technician was very kind and knew what he was doing. I will certainly use your services again.

The technicians Dan and Peter were wonderful. They worked together so well and they did an excellent job. They communicated everything very well with me and I was totally pleased with their work.

Team did a great job and was very professional. My only concern was that when the couches dried some sections appeared like they had be missed when cleaning.

Great Service.

I love not using chemicals this is the way to go

Terrell did a great job of cleaning my white carpet.

Great service and quick response time. My carpets are so clean and look great! My tech was very responsive and explained everything in advance. He gave me information on all my choices and helped me pick the one right for me. Thank you!

ZeroRez uses empowered water to clean my home carpets , tile & sofas & I appreciate the non toxic formula. Cleans well if you don’t have major stains. It did not get out the marker out of the sofa marker though! We got it out with “shout laundry stain remover” I would use zero Rez again & most likely for our tile & grout soon.

Professional and great results

Very good service!

The follow-up to a problem I was having was excellent. I was impressed with the prompness in which someone (Richard) was sent to correct the problem. He was very professional and explained everything he would be doing to fix the problem. Happy with the results second time around.

Fast, friendly, and thorough service.

On time. Professional employees. Great service and the carpets looked great.

You revived a chair which I didn’t think could get clean and the scheduling process was very easy

Looks & feels clean

I love how clean and soft my wool rugs turned out. Quick and easy and no residual smells or residue!
You have the perfect name for your company.
Thank you.

Great cleaning job - very pleased. The two day birds that did the work were pleasant and Very professional.

The wool area rug left several fuzz balls everywhere. It would have been nice had they been removed after the rug was cleaned.

James was very informative. He communicated everything that he did. He was also early!! My carpets look brand new

Expensive cleaning and the technician attempted to upsell and inflate the price of stain removal.
Carpet appears cleaner but was informed that the stain removal that was done may not fully remove the problem. Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service. I was able to schedule tile cleaning service the next day and the tile floors look fantastic!! Worth every penny. Whole house feels so much cleaner. Thank you!
