When I returned to my condo, there was a puddle of water on the concrete next to the tile that was cleaned. The puddle was right in the middle of baseboards I am installing. I had to lift the baseboards up and move them to clean the puddle so the baseboards didn't get ruined. Luckily I arrived right after the technician left so no major damage happened. If you want to credit me back some to the charges, it would be appreciated but I don't expect it. I also paid for the tile to be sealed but couldn't tell a difference. Don't know if it actually got done? There were wet spots all over the tiles but I couldn't tell if it was sealed.

Our carpet and tile are so clean!!
Another company said the walk areas would not come clean on my aging carpet.
They said the fibers were worn and will look about the same.
NOT with ZEROREZ. They look great.
My husband walked in and said WOW when he saw the kitchen tile.
Kevin R arrived on time with a nice smile, introduced himself and got to work.
He was courteous, answered all of my questions with a smile and left my home sparkling.

Carpet felt soft and clean. Our carpet did not look dirty as it is only a year ago, but the few stains we did have, were taken right out without having to pay extra.
