Everything looks and smells so nice and even and old area rug after being cleaned looks like new. The staff are professional and very polite. "Joel" really took his time and got it right. No soapy stuff
Your technician did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my rental property. However he was asked to lock the door when he completed his work. I arrived about 5 hours later at 10:00 pm and I found the front door as well as the back door of the unit wide open. I initially thought I had been broken into but then realized your tech left the doors in this position. He was clearly told to lock the doors before he left. Fortunately nothing was missing but this could have turned very bad.

I loved you guys last time you came out. This time was just like any other carpet cleaners. My carpets stayed damp for over 2 days plus and not as clean or brush looking this time. For the high price you charge compared to others I will have to go with the competition. I can’t afford you guys anymore. Sadly....

Paid 244.00 for my carpet to be cleaned and two different kinds of treatment for pet odor. Let me just say there is probably only two - three hundred square feet at the most to clean. I’m a single mom who had to save some time to afford this and I’m completely devastated at the results. The pet odor was not addressed properly and it was a complete waste of time and money. I’m so sad and disappointed.
