Had a small area of carpet in an RV done and it was $150 and took him maybe 20 minutes to complete. Some minor stains but those would cost extra to get out? That's the whole purpose to have the carpets cleaned, to get the stains out. And now the carpet smells funny to me. Was upsold on the stain protectant. Wasn't happy but wasn't disappointed either. Guess just the way carpet cleaning goes (it's been years since I have had to had carpet cleaned since our house is all tile).

Design a system that can get closer to the walls and baseboards. A pre-soak solution that smells better.

Basic service that I could have paid any cleaning company a cheaper fee to perform. After lots of asking around I was recommended to your company. Worst decision! I will never! Use your company again and I will make sure to post on our community web page how bad your services are for the fees that you charge.

I've used Zerorez twice and I've been very happy with the results both times. The technicians are always very courteous and careful as they do a really good job cleaning the carpet and sectional that I have. I will definitely call them again.
