This is the 2nd time in a row that after the carpet dried I was left with white spots on my carpet from some solution that the zerorez staff used. For a company that markets itself as leaving zero residue, its frustrating to be left with carpet that feels and looks like dried up soap was left behind.

I was told it would take 4-8 hours for carpet to fully dry. It was still damp yesterday night and I go this done on Saturday. There are still dark lining closet to the tiled areas, on stairs closest to the walls and miscellaneous areas.
May I also add, even though the gentleman that assisted us was very polite, I do have to add that as soon as I opened my door and he started talking-I smelled marijuana which made me have different feelings about using zerorez. I made sure not to tell my husband who was in a room caring for his dad otherwise, he would have rejected the service. The smell remained on him as he walked into my home and every time he talked to me. I understand it is legal for some, but it made me think of zerorez as a less professional company and wondering if I was getting quality service.

The technician who came to the house was very professional and curteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and afterwards told us about what to watch for as far as any stains coming back.
The technician also arrived right on time which was very nice.
We love DYLAN!!! We have been lucky enough to have him come to our home on 3 different occasions now & EVERY time, he does a FANTASTIC job! He is prompt, communicates & SO polite!!!!
