Noticeably clean, professional, punctual
Cleaner left dark spot on living room carpet. He was condescending pushy and arrogant. More worried about trying to up-sell me instead of listening to me. Kept insisting that my cat throw up was urine over and over even after I told him it was not urine.
We recently purchased a 14-year old house in pretty good condition, except the stone floors with filthy grout. Tech Chris Wilde did a thoroughly professional and very effective cleaning of both and truly the floor and grout LOOK NEW! So very pleased.
