Abe showed up on time and was very friendly. He took good care to make sure my house was protected while he cleaned my carpets.

Afterwards, Abe checked to make sure everything was to my sanctification. He went through the questionnaire to verify the service and details.

I appreciate that there was no heavy cleaning smell afterwards. I will indeed use Zerorez in he future.

Aaron F was the technician that came to my house on 2/16/19. He was very professional yet personable. This is the 3rd time using Zerorez and I highly recommend Aaron. He did an outstanding job. My carpets have never looked better-I hope he remains with the company as I will be requesting him for my next cleaning.

I like how the Caroet is scrubbed first before it’s cleaned, I think it makes a big difference. The guys are always nice and friendly. I do also appreciate getting a call to let me know their on the way.
