The carpet when it dried was soft to walk on not hard and stiff like when other carpet shampoo, and cleaning companies get done. I mostly enjoyed the young gentleman that came to clean my carpet. He was very respectful and presented the company in the best way possible.

I learned a few interesting facts about carpet, fibers, and cleaning from Abraham. They did the best job I have ever seen from Zerorez! I will specifically ask for Abraham next time--we were that impressed...and we don't impress easily.
