I am very pleased with the work that was done on our home! The carpets look like new after the cleaning.
Always get an appointment quickly. Technician is always on time if not early. I like that it cleans my carpet without all the chemicals.
I like the product that you use, it does a good job, and there seems to be no residue or odor. Dries within a reasonable time frame I have used your service several times so that says I’m satisfied, only complaint the cost would be better based on area,not rooms. I’ve also found better to have sevice early as your workers seem to run out of enthusiasm and strength later services. Please dooNOT use my name in your promotion. Thanks

I have employed Zerorez in the past with 100% satisfaction. But sadly this time I was disappointed.
When I booked my appointment, for my two story home, I discussed the cleaning of the carpeted stairs.
When I retured, I found the stairs undone.
I spoke to your call center and I was advised thier will be an additional charge and would have to rescheduled for the following week.
The inconvenience is unacceptable and I feel as if I was quoted a lower price to make the sale easier for the representative.
Although, the tech Paul was professional and did the cleaning I expect of Zerorez.

My carpet is more stiff now. Doesn't feel clean after it dried. The step of my carpet was not cleaned. I would expect for it to be redone. My carpet is high end and only 6 months old. It feels and looks old now.
I like that it’s chemical free and therefore environmentally friendly. The service was amazing and the cleaning far exceeded my expectations.

Service is always quick and professional.
We had a few newer stains that didn't clean as expected. (Recent sick cat) The guy was nice and helpful but my wife didn't think he tried to get the stains out or put effort into removing the stains. She mentioned he was there about 30 minutes. The rest of the carpet looks really good. Other than the stains we have no complaints.
ZeroRez was great. They came on time, the process only took an hour, the tech was polite and it was an overall good experience. Would definitely use them again.
The carpet dries fairly quickly and isn't crunchy or matted. The pet stains are completely gone!
