The applied cleaners are safe for pets and children and leave the rugs and tiles very clean. The appointments are on time and the follow-up before and after is perfect.
This is my first experience with Zerorez. The technician, Lewis (Louis, Luis??) was very nice and helpful in figuring out what to do regarding pet stains, protectant, etc. He worked carefully and was considerate of us and of our home. Because of the rainy weather, the carpet took more than 24 hours to dry, but that was to be expected. (Where is Scottsdale's low humidity when you need it?) I hope and anticipate that the carpet will not show the need for cleaning for quite a bit longer than when cleaned by other methods.
Evan was great! He had great attention to detail, and was very courteous. He even checked the walls to mame sure there was no water left behind.

Work was good except we had two close together red spots in one bedroom upstairs. Bryant thought that he removed them but they are still there and there does not appear to be any difference. We do not know what caused the spots. More work needs to be done on them. Please set up a time with me.

we do have older carpet, but a high traffic area really doesn't look too good. I have gotten this area better with my my home carpet shampooer
Luis was great. Explained everything he was doing & did a good job. We did find a couple of spots that should have come up & spot cleaned them ourselves. All in all for the age of the carpet, it looks great! Thank you.

I had my kitchen and hall and bathrooms tile all cleaned. The tile cleaning did absolutely nothing but leave me a mess to clean up. Stuff that was sprayed on floors left a white chalky residue i am still trying to remove. I questioned spots that didn’t look to have changed to tchnician at time of cleaning . He said i needed to wait at least 72 hrs for grout to dry throughly to see the difference . I took pictures b4 and after . Grout looks exactly the same
I can take a white paper towel wipe on grout and still coming up dirty. I would assume that my floors should be clean after the stuff sprayed on and machine taken across the floor

Tech was like a used car salesman...High pressure sales. Just do what you're asked to do because you have the best product on the market.

Our carpets came out very clean. We are very happy with the result.
The high traffic areas were still a little dirty after the first treatment, so Zerorez sent the same technician back to redo those areas. It looks wonderful now. Thank you!
