Poor communication between dispatch, service person and myself resulted in over an hour delay in service and significant frustration on my part. Dispatch insisting service van was at my home for over 40 minutes which was not true.

No smelly products after carpet or tile drys. I also loved that the tech explained everything to me as he was doing the cleaning.

The technician was fantastic - if I was ranking him alone it would be 10/10. The stain I called you out to remove is still there and quite bad. I am going to have to have another company out to remove it.

The service, the tech, and the price were better than I could have ever have expected. This is my third time using Zerorez and I have never been happier.
Very nice work
I just bought my first home so this was my first time using Zerorez and certainly NOT the last!! Luke (Lucas) was informative about the service and the product used. Luke cleaned my entire 1,650 sq. ft. home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The tile floors and carpet look and smell great. The receipt u emailed me said it would
take 4 to 6 hours to dry.
After 30 hours we still have damp spots and that was after I had a ceiling fan and 2 floor fans running. I am now concerned about the amount of water that seeped through the carpet and pad. I will not use zerorez again.
