I watched your techs throughout the whole process and I truly felt the job was rushed especially for the dollar I paid for. There was a hidden charge that I was not told about when speaking to the representative on the phone.
Timely, fast, friendly service.
We like the fact that all of your technicians have been very polite, they ask questions, tell us what they are going to do, and then do it.
They even try and so the extra mile when they are asked if they have time to help with something else, like clean a sofa or chair.
Good company, good product, good service, even the person answering the phone was great.

The technician was so kind and very friendly. The carpet came out beautifully.
Luis did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. He arrived at the stated time...explained the procedure to me along with drying times and instructions. No chemicals were used...no chemical smell. We are extremely pleased with the job!
Rob was so very professional AND friendly, too. This means a lot. He did a great job and we would recommend him and your service again. It's nice to know our cats didn't have anything to worry about when we let them back out to roam.

I don't think the gentleman that cleaned our carpets did a bad job, just that for almost $400 I thought it would be better. Some dirty areas came out great, other areas not so much. We did have an area with a significant amount of dog urine and we understood that it was hard to treat. But even after the tech left, there were a couple little yellow spots remaining in the front living room. The previous renters had a massive dog urine problem, which I discovered when I bought a black light. I know the carpets were cleaned before we moved in, but my dog began peeing in certain areas because of it. We hoped to get the new pee stains out, and we understand that its soaked into the pad underneath, but there's still some left, and under a black light the stains still glow with a greenish yellow color. I guess I thought it would look different. Before the carpet cleaning, whenever I tried to clean it myself with vinegar, water and oxyclean, the pee stains tend to lighten up (when looked at under the blacklight), and I expected some change in the appearance under blacklight after the professional carpet cleaning. I think your company is great and its nice to have a more natural carpet cleaner, but I would skip the additional $150 treatment that we opted for. $250 was the original quote, and in hindsight, I would not have added the 2 gallons of special cleaner because I don't know if it really did anything. We are pretty tight on money and I wish I would have saved the $150 for Christmas gifts instead of the carpet.

Professional and the results are hard to argue with. My last roommate did a number on the carpet and even though there was an unbelievable stain, the technician still managed to get most of it, I'd say all of it actually, out.
There was residue left on my floor. The part of the carpet that was cleaned was crusty. The guy was very friendly but he was new. This job lasted longer than I think he expected and the last room was the worst. I think the sealer was pointless.
The service was great -I would recommend and use your services again!
