Take a little extra time cleaning
I am very pleased with the zerorez cleaning that was performed by Jared A on 12/29/18. And I will definitely make an appt. soon for cleaning my tile and upholstered furniture.

The tech that cleaned our carpet was very professional and did a wonderful job. Drying time was the best.
The gentlemen who cleaned my floor was excellent. Great service plus my tile floor and grout looked brand new.
Setting up the appointment and my communication was done all texting -- got a little annoyed by that. Would of preferred a phone call to cut down on the back and forth.
I would recommend improving your price --- thought it was too high . I told other friends as well and they same the same thing. I thought a fair price would of been $400 to $450. Instead $750 - but he was here so I went for it. Like I said great job -- would have to think twice about using you again.

I originally got hooked on your company, after hearing Bed and Matt 102.5, share their experience with your company, over 15 years.
It may be in part because my carpet is older, which I was aware, but it did not come as clean as I would have liked. The real trouble is the "dinge" seemed to have come "up" again within a week to 10 days I have done extra vacuuming to see if it is just maybe something lifted by the cleaning. but nothing has helped. Even one of the spots came back worse than it was.
My cleaning was REALLY nice explained the process and even advised how to possibly get a better clean next time. He also was careful to consider my chemical intolerance. He was great. The cleaning and how quickly the carpet "reverted" was just disappointing with all I have heard and read about your company.
***Sorry review took so long: we have had a run of family illness and the holidays keeping us busy.
Good and professional services
My wife said that it seemed like the tech was in a hurry and didn't do a very thorough job. He also commented several times that our carpet wasn't the best quality and probably wouldn't end up very clean and that we should think about replacing it, even though its only 18 months old.
The product worked exactly as advertised. The gentleman who performed the work was awesome. I will definitely use this service again.

Great service tech was very nice I think his name was Josh. I like the fact that everybody is licensed bonded and insured. So is get out all the stains and smells.
A couple spots were missed in the Master and my sons room. Other than that great service guy and very professional.
