They cleaned better than any other product and took out the odors
Great customer service.
Fast and friendly services at a great price!!
Service was professional and results were fantastic. Thank you!
Good prices. Easy online scheduling. Quality work.
Professional, personable and efficient service. No residue, no odor and carpet looks amazing.
I would recommend Zerorez to anyone that is looking for carpet and floor cleaning. Their technician are great and work very efficiently.
Only company to call.
I have had Zerorez several times to clean our carpets and I have never been disappointed with the outcome. They are very professional and leave you with nothing but beautifully clean carpets. Thanks!
Our tech was knowledgeable and thorough. The carpets dried so much faster than with other cleaning methods.
Technician was very knowledgeable but not pushy about up-selling extra services. He explained several times that we should be careful about possibly slipping if we walked from carpet onto tile. Carpets came out better than expected considering the amount of pet stains we had.
Excellent service and attention to details!!
I always respected zerorez and have used them before, your service man Dan was very polite, professional and proficient. He is one of the best service men to work on my home in a long time.
Thank you

This is the second time I have use zerorez and as before I am very satisfied. They continue to uphold the promises they advertise. I am also happy with the service people they have sent to my house. Kudos to the company from the appointment lady to the cleaning guy!!
Had to pay a little more but it was well worth it, fantastic job done by the technician. Would strongly recommend.
Your technician went over the floor too fast to really clean anything . Stains still in the carpets! Not happy at all.
the carpet and tile look better than new even though both are 18 years old.
Excellent technicians, very professional and conscientious not only of their work but also of the homeowners property. Very reasonable prices.
Everything!!!!
High quality work. Excellent technicians.
Dry time is just a couple hours!
Quick and effective services . On time. Friendly and professional representatives. My carpet looks brand new !
James was patient, knowledgeable & effective.
My carpet in one room is still dirty. I payed for the extra services that day and the entrance section of one room is still dark, so I don’t know if you are capable of making things right. If you are, finishing the job would help. All the other rooms are great.
I liked that your company used minimal products.
The water. It cleans so well without residue
The guys did a great job!
The technician that cleaned my carpet was courteous and professional and listened to all my concerns and made sure they were resolved before during and after his work. The final result was all I had hoped for in clean fresh carpet.
I had my mother’s lift chair cleaned and after it dried the seat looks like it hadn’t been done at all. Your guy cleaned it last year and did a fantastic job. But not this time....
I’m not real happy about this.
