This was the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Our house is now 22 years old with the original carpet and it looked brand new when it dried. Our company New Years Day thought we had purchased new carpet. The guys were so very professional and I can't say enough how much we appreciated their workmanship.

I was late arriving at the house, and they called me twice and waited. Ran a machine that pulled all kinds of pet hair and loose fibers out of the rugs, then did the cleaning. Perfect work, no "perfumes" afterward either. So I give them a 10/10. You don't get this kind of service all the time. I was very happy. It was a recommendation from my realtor.
Our service tech was courteous; detailed, yet quick. Our carpet feels great and not crunchy like our past experiences with other professional cleaning services. A long despised stain is finally gone and it gives me peace to know my children are playing on thoroughly cleaned carpet.

I likely would have considered a "rug doctor rental"
One point, i might suggest, and if it's possible to devise on your service, is to make it possible for your customer to see the results of the extracted "dirt" from their carpets / tiles.
(similar to what you see in a rug doctor container upon emptying)
If a Tile promotion comes along, I may give it consideration as well. As of now I find it a bit spendy, and would easily consider another means for cleaning. (note: I noticed tile cleaning was done for a client of mine, and the results were fantastic. It is what 'sold me' ... a day or two later, I heard your promo add and signed up. Was a bit dismayed to learn that the sale didn't apply to tile.)

The work zerorez does is accomplished quickly, has no excessive drying time and is very competitively priced. I like the way the carpet feels after the job is done...there is no "crunchy" feeling, just smooth, clean carpet.

The first associate was on time; spent a great deal of time cleaning the tile and grout. After it dried it looked streaked and had white chalky residue throughout. He spent additional time trying to improve the appearance of the floor without success. He was frustrated and called his peers for guidance. They were not able to advise adequately. He attempted to call a supervisor without reaching one. I was very unhappy with the outcome of the tile and grout, as it looked worse after he was done. I called a supervisor with a number that he gave me, and left a voicemail message. The technician left. We then called the company using the number off the website. We notified the operator of our dissatisfaction. We were told another "more experienced" technician would come to our home within two hours to evaluate the appearance of the tile and grout. The second technician came and agreed the the tile and grout appearance was unsatisfactory. He said he could "fix it" and proceeded to re-clean all areas that had been cleaned. He advised us that we were misquoted over the phone and by the first technician for the cost of the service, stating that company under charged us for the service. He spent another two and a half hours cleaning. It was a very cold day outside and our front door was left open all day for their equipment making our home very cold. The tile appearance improved about 90-95%. Our furniture was not returned to its original place, which was difficult for us to move alone. I am only giving this company an 8 based solely on the fact that the second technician was able to restore the tile to the appearance it had, before the job was started.
Fresh smell and my dark spots were all removed. My carpet looks brand new again.
