Carpet is still dirty after it dried. Getting the carpet clean would be a start and a discount of what I paid would be the correct thing to do.

The scheduling process. I originally made the appointment online, and I made a Sunday appoinment. I got a follow up call from Zerores saying they could lower the quote which was nice. After the follow up call I called you guys to Confirm the appointment, knowing it was on a Sunday and it was confirmed. A few days after I got another call saying you guys do not work on Sundays and we need to reschedule. This was after I had already made arrangements. Seems like this could have been avoided pretty easily, if it was just a glitch in the software.
This was an overall great experience! Easy to work with since we were out of town needing to move in and they worked with us on every little detail while not being there. Loved the out come and how nice our floors looked!
