Our tech super amazing, it’s how quickly your prices add up to “effectively “ clean the carpet. $75 a gallon for pet spots and the tech says maybe 3-4 gallons! I feel I should have just rented a cleaner from the super market, I’m sorry I can’t afford that!

The technician took the time to make sure the stains I let him know about were treated and taken care of. Even the stains that were not able to lifted the previous two times I have had Zerorez come in and clean the carpets came up with the care and attention that this technician took to really get things done.
The technician was very professional and helpful in helping us determine which services we needed and he did a great job overall. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future. Thanks!

Tech was very good and thorough.
I like the lack of chemicals and when my carpet is dry, it's clean and soft not crunchy. Everyone who has come to our home has been nice, respectful and very knowledgeable. I don't think I could ever ask a question they wouldn't be able to answer. They've never talked down to me when sharing what they know. I never feel like anyone has ever rushed to get the job done. The work is always thorough and complete.

Not really impressed with the tile cleaning. Most of the floor looks good. Tech missed a few areas through out the floor. He missed spots a big as 2-4 inches. Out from the baseboards. He missed a whole length of tile right in the middle of my kitchen. Carpet cleaning was excellent though. Would still call zerorez in the future. Price seemed fair.

Great job, carpets very clean.
The service technician was competent, thorough and professional. He arrived well within the promised time window and did not waste time getting to work. The reason for the cleansing was to remove soap, germs, allergens and other nasty items that was making the household unwell. I have heard the ads for ZEROREZ on the radio and I am glad to say they lived up to the reputation. We will use them in the future and will recommend them to others.

Office called and asked if he could come earlier; I agreed. He arrived precisely at the time agreed upon.Technician clarified what service I would be receiving. We brainstormed together about the best place to place the carpet (6x10, wool) to clean it since on the woof flooring was not an option. He then moved it to our chosen spot; tile in another room. Service was done quickly with all of my questions answered.

Get down on your hands and knees to scrub dirty places. My husband got out our carpet cleaner and did just that and got it clean. There was alot of dirt in cleaning water when he dumped it out.
Ed(?) showed up on time and was diligent in completing the requested service. Would highly recommend!
This was not your techs' fault, and I don't want to have him take any heat for it, but he asked me to turn off lights, so his blacklight would show any stains, and I did. The carpet cleaning went great! The carpet is very nice and clean. He also cleaned up some water and dirt left behind, in the tiled hallway, but since neither of us turned the lights back on - (I offered to, but he said it was fine as it was, and I didn't argue) There was quite a bit of dirty water left standing after he wiped it up. It was NOT a big problem, and I know he would have gladly cleaned it up, so please don't take any disciplinary action! Otherwise, it was a great job!
