I was expecting more after hearing all the bragging on John Jay and Rich radio program. The carpet was dirty and the carpet was somewhat better after it was cleaned. What was not cleaned were the edges of the carpet against the walls.

The tech was very professional and friendly. Didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't need and did an excellent job. This is my second time using them and both times I was very impressed with the service. I used a cheaper company last time and the carpets didn't turn out as nice so I went with Zerorez again.
I've been hearing about Zerorez on the radio for years, and decided to give it a try because I'm getting my home ready to sell and the tile hadn't been cleaned since we moved in 6 years ago. While the tile did come pretty clean, and the technician was nice and professional, I wasn't impressed with the thoroughness of the job for what I paid. To be honest, for $300 I would expect that they would really get into the corners and clean really well. That wasn't the case here. There were quite a few small spaces in the areas that were cleaned that just didn't look as if they had been touched. The technician also didn't explain the process much, or what things I could have done before or after to help maintain the cleanliness of the tile. Again, he didn't necessarily do anything wrong, but I don't feel like he went above and beyond, and for as much as I paid, I would definitely expect above and beyond service.
